90 Day Fiancé: Deavan Reveals Storyline With Jihoon Was 96% Fake

According to Deavan, she was already married to Jihoon on paper before her Korea visit in season 1. Both never wanted to marry but his parents insisted. “I never moved to Korea in season 1,” Deavan confessed. In fact, they planned a seven-day trip because 90 Day Fiancé insisted Deavan should film there since it was TOW. After their “tea house” scene, Deavan and Jihoon continued filming just to get paid, since they knew if they didn’t finish the season, there wouldn’t be any money. Deavan remembered how it was “pretty obvious” to fans that she and Jihoon didn’t like each other. Upon watching the show again herself, Deavan started seeing signs that she wished she had known back when everything went wrong.

As of now, Jihoon is still in South Korea, and Deavan is pregnant with her third baby. Jihoon hasn’t spoken to Taeyang since the child, who is three now, was 13 months old. Taeyang calls Topher his father and it’s possible the former actor is going to adopt both of Deavan’s kids. Deavan clearly regrets doing season 2 of the 90 Day Fiancé spin-off. However, she does consider The Other Way season 1 a fun experience. Though fans want Deavan back on TLC with Topher but she has vowed to never do it again.
