Walkthrough for Elden Ring Blaidd quest line location

Blaidd can be found in certain places depending on how far away you are in the quest line – once you’ve completed his objectives in one area, he’ll move on to the next. The problem is that some of these objectives depend on story or boss progress, so players can accidentally trigger his quest and cause him to move unexpectedly without ever talking to him. Luckily, we’ve outlined all of the locations he can reach, in the (rough) order he goes to them, along with the following mission objectives.

Small point though Make sure to exhaust his dialogue while talking to him. This should work for all characters, but it applies here too – when talking to Blaidd or anyone, select talk until he starts repeating the dialogue. Then you can continue.

  1. Howling from a higher point in the ruins of Mist Tree. Speak to Trader Kalé at Elleh Church, and he will teach you the finger tapping gesture. Head to the ruins and watch Blaidd’s climax, then Finger Snap to make him jump and talk.
  2. Head to Forlorn Hound Evergaol, the extra-dimensional prison in southern Limgrave. Blaidd will be there as a summon – use him to defeat the internal Bloodhound Knight boss Darriwil, then talk to him again at the entrance to Evergaol. He will give you the Dark Smithing Stone (2) and guide you to Liurnia.
  3. Talk to Ranni in Ranni’s Rise, the tower accessible by going from Caria Mansion to the Three Sisters Garden. He will reveal that Blaidd is one of the three maids working for him, and that he is even there in ghost form after talking to him.
  4. Head down the Siofra River by taking the Siofra River Well in West Mistwood, then hug the right cliff of Hallowhorn Terrain until you see a thing Torrent Spirit Super Jump Tornado (they’re called Spirit Springs, but no one’s remembers). If Blaidd is there, he’ll be standing very close to that at the edge of the cliff. Talk to him to hear his doubts about Seluvis, and he’ll ask you to speak to the wizard Sellen.
  5. Sellen can be found under the Waypoint Ruins to the east of Agheel, and to access it you’ll need to defeat a small boss named Mad Pumpkin Head (if you haven’t already). Talk to him, drop him the name of a certain Radahn. Head back He will travel to the Siofra River to relay this information to Blaidd, who will then offer to form a team against Radahn.
  6. Players must now travel to Castle Redmane in southeast Caelid and kill the Starscourge demigod boss Radahn. You’ll have to fight all over the castle to get there, and Radahn himself is one of the toughest fights in the game. Still, Blaidd will be in the arena as a call. When you’re done with the fight, talk to him on the mysterious shooting star battlefield.
  7. After that, return to Forlorn Hound Evergaol once more and try to enter – Blaidd is locked inside! Release him and talk to him, but from then on Blaidd’s questline basically becomes Ranni’s questline, which is very long and will take you through the entire Lands in Between – but don’t. don’t worry, we have a page. Elden Ring Ranni questline and secret ending check here.
  8. When Ranni’s questline is complete, return to Ranni’s Rise (or just outside) to see Blaidd again – only this time he’s aggressive and wants to kill you. There’s no way to calm him down – save him from his pain and end the questline forever.

How to Get Blaidd’s Questline Rewards and Blaidd’s Armor and Sword

Walkthrough for Elden Ring Blaidd quest line location

When you kill Blaidd on the Three Sisters, he drops the Great Royal Sword, a powerful Colossal Sword that evolves his armor with Strength, Intelligence, and Dexterity. Blaidd’s armor set is heavy but protective, and one of the best sets for those who make their character a little more tanky (not to mention looks pretty cool).

The only missing piece is the Wolf Mask, located in Seluvis’ Rise Tower, just south of Ranni’s Rise. As you get closer to the entrance, jump to the left wall and go up to find the mask on a corpse.

For more rewards, players can visit Blacksmith Iji anytime after phase 2 of the questline. It will have added to your inventory for purchase the Carian Filigreed Crest, a talisman that reduces the FP cost of Ash of War arts by 25% (not a bad addition).

Looking for three great wise beasts in Elden Ring?Elden Ring chelonas turtles raise their stance

There are three turtle towers around the Elden Ring, and if you want to crack them, check out our guide to the three great wise monster puzzles and turtle locations Elden Ring is looking for!

Here’s a quick rundown of what’s really going on in the story, at least as we understand it: Half Wolf Blaidd is literally the servant of the mighty Ranni the Witch, either created or created to serve her. at least somehow divinely attached to him – but only to be his servant maintain divine order. For starters, he tries to kill a traitor named Darriwil, who appears to be a small pet project, but generally helps Ranni pursue his larger goal of breaking the laws of the world and claiming power for himself in the place of the Great Will.

The problem is that Ranni isn’t supposed to do that and his battle against the Great Will will drive Blaidd insane. He opposes Erdtree and his sacred agenda by aiding him in his cosmic rebellion, so when you complete Ranni’s questline, Blaidd is confused and panicked, knowing that something he knows is a possibility but he pretending it won’t be because he’s just Ranni’s He wants to help s reach the endgame. That’s why you find him trapped in Darriwil’s Evergaol – his friend Iji put him there because that he saw what was coming and thought it would be safer for everyone.

As far as we know, there’s no possible happy ending for Blaidd, at least if you’re willing to complete Ranni’s quest (which unlocks the secret and best ending for Elden Ring). Either go crazy for eternity in Evergaol or get knocked down by the player in combat. Either way, it’s a sad doggo.
