Some reporting features are back

It seems that the Apple App Store and the Apple Music app are not working because people are having connection issues.

Judging from Apple’s system status page, both services crashed simultaneously in the early morning hours of April 25. As of this writing, the issues persist. According to Downdetector, the connection issues started around 5:00 a.m. EST for Apple Music and around 6:00 a.m. EST for the App Store. The folks at the Apple Music subreddit share their experience during the outage, with lossless audio suddenly a common problem.

A user posted a screenshot of the missing Dolby Atmos and Lossless audio feature on their iOS device. Others experienced missing lyrics. Another user on Twitter privacy tags removed from the AppStore.

However, this seems to be some sort of bug or glitch as others have noted the privacy details are coming back to the store.

It’s unclear when the outage will end, but fixes are currently underway. Lossless lyrics and audio seem to come down to a select few.
