Buff Doge Is Scarier Than Resident Evil’s Nemesis In Free Horror Game
Free horror game Itch.io, Backrooms Buff Doge Horror, stars Buff Doge as a menacing enemy who may be scarier than Resident Evil 3 villain Nemesis. As the Buff version of Dogecoin, the Buff Doge meme coin is best known for its deflationary quality of burning coins. Resident Evil 3’s Nemesis, on the other hand, rose to fame in the late 1990s as an intimidating creature whose pursuit of protagonist Jill Valentine always left players on edge.
As spotted by the Horror Games Community Twitter account, Itch.io user MoustacheBanana recently uploaded a free horror game entitled Backrooms Buff Doge Horror. The experience tasks players with navigating a maze wherein terrifying figures could be hiding around any corner. One such figure includes Buff Doge, a hulking behemoth of a creature who looks as if he could go toe-to-toe with Nemesis of Resident Evil 3 fame. (Buff Doge probably wouldn’t hold his own for too long, though.) Screenshots of the free title feature in the post linked below:

The Nemesis-T Type bioweapon reentered the spotlight in the spring of 2020 upon publisher Capcom’s release of Resident Evil 3 Remake on consoles and PC. This particular remake project launched to mixed reception from critics and players, but managed to reposition Nemesis as one of the most formidable villains in gaming. While he and Buff Doge may not be on the same wavelength in terms of terror, the latter appears to at least know a thing or two about wreaking havoc unprovoked.
