Deadpool’s Fantastic Four Team-Up Gave Him the Perfect New ‘Power’

He did, however, manage to scare his enemies away, revealing that if he could actually have working finger guns, Deadpool would have gotten far enough away from them. Also, given his flexibility to switch between katanas and various weapons, this will be one of the best weapons for him. It would be an incredible level for Deadpool to be his own weapon. It may sound silly, but that’s exactly what his brand is. Violent and efficient, but always ready to have a good laugh. Deadpool has had some pretty amazing teams in the past, but partnering with Sue Storm definitely gives him a massive advantage. It would be great to see the Mercenary combine his talents with more Marvel heroes who might owe his humor to his personality and the skills he already possesses. Pairing Deadpool with the Scout (Gabby Kinney) is often fun and unexpected, as he can be surprisingly protective of children.

Teaming up with Wolverine, Cable, or the X-Men often leads to disagreements, but the first two don’t give him any special bonuses. Being able to team up with an invisible psychokinesis user gives him a psychological edge he doesn’t normally have, allowing him to get into people’s heads more than he already does. Deadpool’s healing factor may be his best and most reliable strength, but his finger guns – courtesy of The Fantastic Four’s Invisible Woman – are absolutely brilliant, even if fleeting and rogue.
