The Teams add-in provides many useful functions for Outlook, as described in the following sections.

The items below require you to be a member of the same organization or team. For example, if you have Office 365 and Teams accounts through your employer, you will be able to see the status of your other colleagues. However, you might not be able to see the status of people outside your company (and they can’t see yours either) unless you’re collaborating together in Teams.

Contact team status

You will be able to see the status of people’s teams as part of their avatar. You’ll see a badge in the bottom right of the person’s photo, and its color will reflect their status in Teams. For example, green means present, while red means currently in a meeting. If the color alone isn’t enough, you can hover your mouse over the badge to get a hint of the exact status.

You may also know that hovering over a person’s photo or avatar brings up a pop-up with their information, such as adding a title or email.

You will see the screen below. Be certain Microsoft Teams Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Office he is not in the list Application plugins disabled list part.

If yes, choose Plugins disabled from overcome pop up and click To go.

To find Microsoft Teams Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Office select from the list that appears, click to permitthen click close.

Once re-enabled, you should have full Teams functionality the next time you restart Outlook.
