John Hancock

John Hancock is a life insurance company, but still has an attractive free Apple Watch deal. The John Hancock Vitality Plus membership level allows customers to purchase their Apple Watch. almost Free. The initial price of the new Apple Watch is $25 plus tax. For 24 months, customers pay monthly installments for the remaining balance. But the more you exercise each month, the lower your monthly payment will be. If you earn enough Vitality Points each month, you won’t pay any additional fees.

If you don’t have an Apple Watch, the John Hancock Vitality Plus also offers a free Amazon Halo Band and a free three-year Halo subscription (total value $244) and free Fitbit devices.

Medicare through Dedicated Health

Devoted Health was the first private healthcare provider to launch a Medicare Advantage plan for the Apple Watch. While customers can’t get an Apple Watch completely free, Devoted Health will offer a $150 refund in most cases. That’s a huge discount and far better than any offers we’ve seen except health insurance.

The grant, called Loyal Health’s Wellness Bucks, could actually apply to any of the best smartwatches, fitness trackers or other wearables. Customers can also reimburse gym memberships or fitness classes up to $150.

BlueCross BlueShield

BlueCross BlueShield does not currently offer a way to fund or win an Apple Watch. That said, we’ve added it to this list in case you’re convinced you’re using one of the best Fitbit devices.
