Why should you use BlueStacks on your Mac?

BlueStacks is a free Android emulator that works on both Windows and macOS. If you have a Mac and you don’t have Android devices, this is the best way to access Android-only apps. It’s also great for gaming if you have an older Android device or an affordable handset and a more powerful Mac, as you’ll find that Android games run just fine on most Mac hardware.

In cases where a game does not have a native Mac version, BlueStacks also gives you a way to play those games. For example, an emulator like BlueStacks is the only way to play Among Us on an Intel Mac.

What if BlueStacks doesn’t work on Mac?

If you are having trouble installing BlueStacks on your Mac, try updating macOS. BlueStacks will usually only work if macOS is fully updated. BlueStacks recommends using macOS 10.13 or later; Versions prior to 10.12 do not support BlueStacks at all. You won’t be able to run BlueStacks if you don’t upgrade.
