Is Charlie Cox Playing Matt Murdock In MCU’s Daredevil Show?

Disney can only win by keeping Charlie Cox in the role of Matt Murdock. Even if Marvel Studios decides to retcon or reboot Daredevil’s story rather than continuing what was seen in the three seasons produced by Netflix, recasting would be ill-advised given the strong support Charlie Cox has received from audiences while playing the Man Without Fear. Regardless of the form the new Disney+ Daredevil series might take, Cox’s portrayal was iconic in the same vein as Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man or Hugh Jackman as Wolverine. It would be very hard to find an actor who could bring Matt Murdock to life as well as Cox has.

While it’s rumored that Daredevil will appear in She-Hulk (as well as Echo), it’s exciting that a new series for the Man Without Fear is on the horizon.
