Moon Knight writer addresses if the finale will tease Thor 4

Khonshu

Ahead of its finale, the Moon Knight writer spoke about Thor: Love and Thunder’s potential ties to the Disney Plus series. This came after crossover rumors surfaced that the two Marvel Cinematic Universe properties had explored the realm of the gods.

In Moon Knight, Marc Spector is the avatar of the Egyptian god Khonshu, as he shows, among other things, how these ancient gods walked among us. Thor, of course, focuses on the Norse gods. This has led some to wonder if the Disney Plus show will be able to install the upcoming Thor 4.

This is especially true as Thor: Love and Thunder will feature a godslayer with the introduction of Christian Bale’s Gorr. So could Khonshu be in danger? Moon Knight writer Beau DeMayo addressed the subject and kept quiet about what would happen in the show’s finale, but didn’t rule out a connection between them.

DeMayo told The Direct, “You know, I don’t know what they’re doing. [Thor: Love and Thunder]. My honest answer is “I don’t know”. You must be wondering. I’m really excited to see this. You know, it’s a question that comes to mind.

“When I see Thor, I’m like, ‘Is something going to happen? Isn’t it?'” DeMayo continued, however, admitting that he and his team had only worked on that show while writing for Moon Knight. , although Marvel is a “creative collaborator”.

Thor: Love and Thunder hits theaters on July 8. In the film’s first trailer, Chris Hemsworth’s Thor turns his back on the superhero life before retiring in the midst of an emerging new enemy. We also got a glimpse of Natalie Portman’s Mighty Thor in Taika Waititi’s exciting trailer for the film.
