My Time at Sandrock: How to Make a Recycler

With the Recycler crafted, players can start using it to process scraps into better resources and crafting materials. However, before the Recycler starts working, players will need to have a sufficient amount of fuel and water in their inventory in My Time at Sandrock. The Water Tank supplies water to all of the crafting stations to cool them, so it will need to be filled periodically. Water can be crafted at the worktable using 10 Dew. Alternatively, water can be purchased from Burgess, but the price will go up after a few purchases due to the shortage in Sandrock.

Along with water, the Recycler requires Wood, Dregs, or Power Stones to use as fuel. Scrap processing will stop if there isn’t enough fuel in the Recycler. This crafting station is able to process Wood Scrap, Fine Wood Scrap, Stone Scrap, Copper Scrap, Mechanical Scrap, and Rubber Scrap into various crafting materials. Scraps are guaranteed to return at least one type of crafting material, but they also have a high probability to produce additional resources.

After making more progress by adventuring and crafting in My Time at Sandrock, players will be able to build a Civil Recycler. The upgraded version of this crafting station requires a Bronze Frame, a Bloodstone Saw, two Bronze Bars, one Bearing, and a Machine Upgrade Kit. The Civil Recycler can process Iron Scrap and has a higher capacity, but it will take some time to be able to build it. The Recycler is just one of several crafting stations that can be built and upgraded in My Time at Sandrock.

My Time at Sandrock is available on Steam in Early Access.
