Retro Gamer’s 200th issue will take you through the entire history of games

Retro Gamer’s 200th issue comes out next Thursday, October 31, and brings together some of the biggest names in gaming over the years to guide you through its history.

These include PS4 and PS5 lead architect Mark Cerny, Elite co-creator David Braben, Codemasters founder David Darling, and many more. This issue focuses on the game from the 1960s to the present day and examines how the game has changed in recent history.

These include interviews with Steve Russell (who created the first Spacewar video game!) and Atari co-creators Nolan Bushnell, Kevin Jordan and Kevin Beardslee with World of Warcraft designer and programmer Matthew Smith on 35 years of Jet Set Willy.
