Snoop Dogg comes to Call of Duty with, like, a million weed references

Rapper and marijuana enthusiast Snoop Dogg joins Call of Duty: Pioneer and Call of Duty: Warzone today, this eve of 4/20, allowing players to fire (and smoke) as Tha Doggfather – if they’re willing to pay the price of being the boss, of course.

Call of Duty’s new Tracer Pack, Operator Pack Snoop Dogg, Calvin Broadus, Jr. brings the lesser-known man to both. Pioneer and Battlefield as a new operator. Operator Snoop Dogg rewards players with “some XP and PPSH-41 Weapon XP rewards, as well as two sprays, two operator quips, a calling card, a sticker, an emblem, a weapon charm, a Pioneer-Exclusive Killcam Vanity and four alternate operator outfits. Two of these sons – the gold-adorned “VIP” and the icy diamond “Tha Doggfather” – unlock at max level (20).

More importantly, for the Call of Duty fan who appreciates a good weed reference, the Snoop Dogg and Operator pack is positively tacky with hints that the rapper is often featured. Snoop has a draft weapon known as the Bong Ripper sniper rifle, a grass-covered weapon with nuggets in the magazine, as well as an assault rifle called West Coast Bling and an SMG called Tha Shiznit. Each gun comes with “Green Grass Tracker Bullets” and the muzzle flashes even look like a green potting sheet!

Snoop’s spray, talisman, and emblem are similar to the pot leaf, plus he hits (and shares!) a punch in his prominent entrance, MVP accent, and “Finishizzle Movizzle” finisher. Absolutely nothing is safe from weed references when Snoop is at home.

The Snoop Dogg Operator Pack will cost players 2,400 COD Points for $19.99 in real money.

More details on Snoop Dogg’s Operator Pack can be found on the Call of Duty website.
