As Clattenburg was in the process of shopping a Trailer Park Boys show to networks, he stopped by Smith’s house who donned a pair of thick-lensed glasses (bought by his then-girlfriend at a Texas estate sale for 50 cents) and began impersonating the character that would eventually become Bubbles.
